Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Following the end of her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. As a teenager She was awarded her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She started competing in fitness contests when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old She was able to earn her professional card. She became the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015, she came back to the stage to compete at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show, she continued competing throughout her career and setting new goals every year. For 2009 alone, 4 more fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. In 2009, she became named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to finish her education following her Pro Card award. In the month of October, 2015 Ariel made her return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd during the event. In the summer of 2016, she took home her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel took to the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel states that she was more than proud of her placing. There is no doubt that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she competed against the best athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs that use a single hand with a pull-up device and sitting rows. The warm-up is done prior to working on the sets. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as feasible. Converting all the exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
